Luxury Real Estate in Sarasota is on the Move

In the past 30 days, we have had three significant closings of luxury real estate in Sarasota on each of our prominent keys.  Smart buyers are in the market place and buying up some of our prime inventory.

2735 Gulf of Mexico Drive,  SOLD for $6,650,000 on April 29, 2010. A gorgeous Moroccan inspired 7,500 sq. ft. home directly on the beach went under contract in 25 days.  Selling at a very reasonable $886.67 per square foot.


 7940 Sanderling Road , SOLD for $6,425,000 on May 5, 2010.Private, contemporary 5,203 sq. ft. residence on the beach in the Sanderling Club was originally listed for $9,995,000 in December 2008.  After a reduction of over $2 million, it only took 93 days for the buyer to come forth. 

3860 Casey Key Road,  SOLD for $3,500,000 on May 12, 2010 It took nearly four years, substantial price reductions and finally, a foreclosure to consummate a sale of this elegant Tuscan 8,230 sq. ft. manse on the Bay.

Fila Sportswear chooses Siesta Key home
